Disappointed with the unprofessional interview process when the company appeared to have such potential. Mersive reached out to me to schedule a phone interview with the HR director, followed by a phone interview with the Content Marketing Director a week later. After both went well, I was asked to submit 3 writing samples of previous work, and a completed writing prompt (basically an entire blog post). Following my sample submissions, the HR director quickly reached out and asked about my availability for an in-person interview. I provided my availability and sent a follow-up email 2 weeks later, when I was told "the team has been traveling a bit due to it being summer so I have been trying to work with them on their schedules" and that they would get back to me soon. I never heard from them again.
