I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Apr 2020
Interview

Other Director of Product Management interview reviews for Meta
Series of six interviews that focus on Product sense. Analytical. Stakeholder management. Leadership& Team Management. Most interviewers were too busy and robotic. They did not bother much beyond typing what I was seeing. Overall, I realized most people were themselves too busy and where in the company for short-term to make money. No one was clearly vested with the company's success. I rejected and ended up getting a much better offer elsewhere.
Matches mostly the process for ICs with some interviews related to Leadership and Management. But overall, most interviewers seemed jaded and checking the box, recruiter was initially proactive but then didn't communicate decisions well, and finally the role was filled by an internal candidate.
