The process took longer than usual because of a misunderstanding on my work eligibility and interviewer's availability.
The first round of interviews was too easy, and I felt that I was not challenged enough. I had the opportunity to meet more senior members on a second interview round and was convinced by the CTO about the fact the company would be a great opportunity.
