It was a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a web conference interview with the reporting manager, then an onsite panel interview of 2 sessions with 2 of their employees each. the reporting manager was not available for the panel interview.

Typical process for this role: - 2 phone screenings - Interview loop, 6 interviews The process took longer than usual because of a misunderstanding on my work eligibility and interviewer's availability. The first round of interviews was too easy, and I felt that I was not challenged enough. I had the opportunity to meet more senior members on a second interview round and was convinced by the CTO about the fact the company would be a great opportunity.
