Interview
There was a brief phone screening with a very friendly recruiter. Then there was a longer phone interview with a manager. She was friendly and asked questions to prove my claims experience. She asked if I had any questions about the job. After I asked my questions, she said something vague about there would be several more phone screens and that I would be hearing from the recruiter about those details. My gut told me there was something off about the way she said it and, sure enough, two days later, I received an email from the recruiter saying that they were going with another candidate. Not sure if she was fibbing just to avoid an uncomfortable conversation or what.

Interview
Everyone was really clear on the expectations for the role, extremely knowledgeable about the industry and overall great conversation with all of the managers and recruiting staff. All questions were insightful and thought provoking allowing me the opportunity to best describe my experiences and show them I was a good fit for the role.
