I've applied for the position during college career fair and talked to the recruiters. The process didn't take too long because I got a interview scheduling call within a week after the career fair. The interview was through phone but multiple interviewers from engineering/IT department, and HR. Quick general questions and mostly behavioral and some technical questions but they were very friendly and tried their best to keep the atmosphere pretty chill.
