Recruiter will call up for 1st round of interview. Basically it is to check your education level. On the interview process itself, there will be 2 interviewer- 1 hiring manager, and 1 manager of the call center. Both of them are very friendly which really calms down my nerve. I would say after the interview, I ironically feel very uplifted by their warmth. They shared their experience working for this company and why this job role is created. The waiting time is very long though. I waited very long for the recruiter.
