It was a long interview with multiple rounds. A lot of behavioral questions and it feels very much like you are having a good conversation. Very possible to built rapport here. I would advice anyone applying to this position to learn about Microsoft, their products and dive into their company culture if you haven't already. In case it is stated what your specialty would be, dive into that product and be prepared to answer what makes it unique. Loved the interview, it was a very great experience. You can quickly tell if you're a fit within the company culture. The interviewers are very engaging and nice to talk with.

first screening interview with the HR, then technical interview with the manager. Straightforward questions it was mostly easy and went well but have not heard back from them for 2-3 months after the interview
