The application process and the first interview had very clear structure, there were no surprises or trick questions. I have received process updates at every step of the way, which is a breath of fresh air and something other employers could learn from! My advice is to reply to any communication received and to do it in a timely manner, and to do your research on the company. Alas, I did not get past the first interview, however the detailed feedback I have received helped me improve my interviewing skill, which in turn helped me to secure a different role. I have been treated with respect all the way through, and have a strong impression that Middlestone Business Analysis is a great company to work for.
