Interview
First was phone interview with owner. Then brought in for panel interview with peers and owners. They took turns asking questions and writing answers on the response you gave. They explained the job, benefits, etc. They ended it with letting you know you would be hearing from them within a week they were performing other interviews.
The standard example questions: Give an example of one time you disagreed with your boss. Give an example of one time you you were in an unpleasant situation and how did you handle it.
