Interview
The process is all online except for the background check. You need to submit a lot of paperwork including three recent letters of recommendation. There is very little person to person contact. If you are able to fulfill the basic requirements you are hired.

The interview process was good. I heard back after submitting my application after a couple days, then had an online interview. A couple days later I passed and did the administrative things.

Basic, good, one on one interview and then team interview. Be ready to talk about what work you have done, where, and what you are interested in. Show interest in being a part of the team.
