I was initially contacted by a Recruiter. We set up a phone screen and then he sent a link to complete a cognitive assessment. After the cognitive assessment, I met with 2 members of the team (one was senior level and the other was director level.) Afterwards, I ended up meeting with the Director under whom I would potentially work. The interviews went really well. My best piece of advice is to be yourself, think in advance about your experience and how it relates to the position(s) for which you've applied, and be personable. Everyone I met with was very friendly and knowledgeable, yet informal. An interview is a conversation to learn more about how you would fit in with the company culture and to assess your ability to succeed in the role.
