I applied via the job board and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a screening call. The recruiter said I was a good fit for the role and said she would schedule the next call with the hiring manager. After our call, she emailed with a request for my availability and links for CCAT and personality tests to be completed. I spent time studying and reviewing for the CCAT test and emailed her back with my availability. This recruiter then ghosted me, even after I followed up several times over a couple weeks and I never made it to the next round. Very disappointing experience to say the least. Lack of respect for candidates.
