I applied online. I interviewed at Mission Measurement (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Initial phone interview with 2 people followed by case interview with 3 different rounds. I sent them a follow-up email and never heard back. Turns out they never hired anyone at all. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Got feedback from two former employees and they said that this is not a place to build a career and to use it as a stepping stone since attrition is really high.
A current employee told me that leadership needs to get it's act together and that they need more resources but are not able to communicate that to management. Their work seemed cool but wasting potential candidate's time and not following up is not helping their already questionable reputation in the market.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Measurement (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I had 5 or 6 interviews in total. Most were behavioral, but I also had a take-home case interview that culminated in a presentation to staff members. The process was about a month in total; my first interview was with an employee serving as HR, then I had 2-3 interviews with staff, and my final screening interview was with the CEO. The last step was a case presentation in which I was given some case information and then asked to prepare a presentation, and share it with a room full of staff.
