I applied online. HRR contacted me to tell me the salary range and see if I was interested. I then had two video calls lasting about 30-60 minutes each, and finally went to the office in person to meet with the people I'd spoken to on Zoom, as well as one other person. Everyone I spoke with was personable and nice.
