I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mitchell International (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Met through University Job Fair. Wasn't looking for them but got called up about a month afterwards. There was an HR phone screen + Manager phone interview + Panel Interview. They seemed really excited about me and I was also excited about working here. The people were friendly, the building looked awesome. I interviewed with 5 people onsite.

Question 1
You have an multi-dimensional array of zeros and ones. After any 1, you won't see any more one's in that row. How would I process that array, what's the run time, and can we make it better?

Interview
The interview process felt hurried and lacked proper structure. The interviewer skipped any formal introductions or pleasantries, diving straight into technical questions without establishing rapport or providing context for the conversation. The majority of the interview focused on conceptual topics in software development. The interviewer heavily emphasized object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and the SOLID design principles.

Interview
I did not have a good experience interviewing for this company. The recruiter was super annoying guy who was sort of unprofessional, scoffing it at my salary requirement. Making snarky comments when I gave him a time window so he can schedule interview, he would say "you don't have a job right now don't you ? ". Very unprofessional. I would not have continued but I was disappointed after some failed interviews and needing a job, worried about recession so I pushed through.
They scheduled a 1 hr interview that turned into 2 hour, no kidding. I got interviewed by 10 people in that video call. Exhausting.
It is also a company that pays very low. They will switch names of positions so they don't have to pay market rates. Beware! And ignore if possible! Unless you are like me and are needing a job quick lol.

Interview
Most awkward interview process I have ever endured.
They are pretty fast, I will say that. They will send you a rejection email before your first interview. And then call you the day of the interview and ask where you are. It doesn't get much better after the first interview.
They will mock and laugh at you during the interview for no reason, randomly call you a bunch during the hiring process saying hey can I talk with you about your application? And they will stutter around the whole interview and get irritated really easily. There was one pleasant interviewer, though. But he was an exception.
I just need a job to support my family. But these people are so mentally draining that it wasn't worth trudging through the process.
Note to employer: please keep these "interviewers" away from applicants or normal people.
