One of the most weird interview process I have ever seen. After you apply the job for a senior position, they send you an online assignment which takes more than an hour. And the questions? Old fashioned, stupid analytic question. I got the similar questions before working for P&G 10 years ago. Anyways, after completing the assignment I felt pretty guilty that I spent that time and put myself in a weird position, and decided not to accept any interview from this company. All of our time is very valuable, not just yours. I would say keep your time and effort to yourself, and do not apply to this company working with old fashion if you do not have to. If you're valuable for a company they would come for you or at least kindly call you; you don't have to prove yourself to them with online assignments.

The overall process took about 7 weeks from start and the company was very quick to set up in-person interviews. The whole process was very transparent and everyone was extremely friendly. 1. Phone screen though a recruiter 2. In-person meeting with the hiring manager and internal HR lead 3. Half-day interview panel with about 10 people of various levels 4. Follow-up meeting with the hiring manager 5. Asked to write an essay to reflect on company values and give an example of a challenging situation that I had to deal with in the past 6. Asked to complete on-line personal assessment test that took about 90 minutes. One section was timed and testing logic.
