Mobile Action Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

They call you in the middle of the day for a pop-up interview without confirming availability. Ghost you for 6-8 months. Call you for another pop-up interview, act impressed, make you do a page-long case study and then completely abandon your process. I emailed them 3 times to see what was happening and called their number 2 times, but no response. They kept the position open for almost a full year. Awful experience, less than professional.
