Interview
I initially had coffee with the CEO, then a meeting with the President and Head of Sales, then a 3-hour interview with various team leads where I workshopped a take-home product. And then one final check in with the CEO and Head of Sales. It was a long and robust process, but they were organized, thorough, and thoughtful which is why they end up with such a great hiring and retention record.

I was asked to provide thoughts on the position of the business relative to competitors and my ideas for its growth trajectory. I also was asked to outlined an on-boarding email sequence for new clients.
