I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Modular Mining Systems (Coquitlam, BC)
Interview
Very vague job posting lead to very technical interview with no phone screening; no personal questions. Nothing related to team work, employee development or culture. There was no info about the company or the products. The questions were not too hard but were straight to coding on the whiteboard with almost no real introduction. Cubicles, quiet dreery place. I do not think I would consider an offer from them. Slightly odd and awkward experience. Really should include someone from HR to communicate with candidates better.
