I only had to do 1 interview. They asked me the general interview questions you will always get such as "Tell me about yourself?", "Why Mollie and why this specific position?", "What are Mollie's values?", and "Tell me a time you worked with a team"

Question 1
I think the most important question that you should answer really well are the questions: Tell me about yourself and Why did you apply for this position? This is actually a pitch to sell yourself as a well-fitting candidate. They really look into your motivation and whether you do have the right background.
