I had three interviews. The first was with a professional in New York, the second with a recruiter in Ireland, the third with a high-level manager in Munich, and everything was smooth.
Then, I had an interview with a guy in Pozzuoli, Italy and I still feel bad. I felt uncomfortable from the first moment, I immediately realized that I would not pass the interview.
I had a very good opinion of MongoDB before, but after the interview with the dude in Pozzuoli, I am very confused, I still feel very bad. I was humiliated. Despite the many claims, after that interview, it's hard for me to believe that MongoDB is a good company and a good place to work. In good companies, there would be no people like the guy from Pozzuoli who enjoys treating people badly.
Also, the interview took place before Christmas, the guy from Pozzuoli who works for MongoDB ruined my Christmas holidays, making me feel bad.
