My final decision was to join Mongo after interviewing with Google, Amazon, and Mongo this year. The interview process was the same across the board 4-5 rounds and then a decision. At Mongo, there was no team match process, and the recruiter was very responsive, no delays or back and forth

The interview process was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences in my career. Throughout, there was constant support from someone in HR, both before and after the interviews, ensuring feedback was gathered and everything was going smoothly. The process consisted of five interviews with various stakeholders I would potentially work with, and each one was conducted with professionalism and care. The interviewers consistently made me feel comfortable, and all the questions posed were intelligent and constructive. Support was readily available whenever needed.
