Interview
Initial online application then a quick chat, folllwed by an hour long interview. Competency based but with own time & research required. Seems daunting but was made to feel at ease with interviewers
It was ok and it went well. A 20 min video call and then 1hr interview. Was told id get a call within 48hrs and we shall see where it goes from here really!
Easy interview process, but no feedback. Seems most of the screening is done with ai. Felt pointless even applying. Especially for a cs role. In person would be better or at least zoom call.
