The hiring process seem smooth and professional, however, I had a impression that the person who set up an interview and the person who was conducting interview had different expectations. My interview would last 15 minutes if I didn’t ask many questions and try to tell more about myself after each question I asked. I got an impression that my cv is not what was expected by person conducting the interview. Also, when I asked about progressions in the department I’ve heard that the Project Engineer role is already a senior role. The overall experience is negative for me.
