First stage is a call from HR where they explain the position and ask to tell about the candidate and their experience. Then, a 45 minutes video interview with a hiring manager, where they dig more deeply into your skills and professional experience.

Interview
Mixed interview experience. After an initial call with the recruiter, I was invited to an on-site interview with several other candidates. We were placed in the same room and waited for everyone to arrive. Then the team lead and group manager briefly introduced themselves, though it felt like the group manager was not very engaged and left shortly afterward.
We were given two design questions with a short break in between. During this time the interviewers left us alone in the room and appeared to be occupied with other work, which gave the impression that the interview day was not a priority.
Overall the process felt a bit impersonal and somewhat disrespectful of candidates’ time.
