I applied online. I interviewed at Morningstar (Boston, MA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Morningstar's process has you interviewing through multiple rounds with their team and then management team. Your initial POC is the Talen Acquisitions Recruiter, they do a good job of keeping the line of communication open. A lot of the interviews are based on your candidacy and also behavioral questions, its a very rigorous process but if you pass the vibe check then it's worth every second.
