I applied online. I interviewed at Morningstar (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
1, recorded response questions
2, interview with an engineer
3, ton of online behavior questionnaire
4, VO, group project (very bad experience) and 4 back-to-back BQ+tech interviews. It was my first time to do a group project, the performance is highly depended on the members assigned. Super awkward if everyone is trying to take the "leadership".
Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
