Interview
1. Aptitude test - Basic Finance (IPO, Merger and Acquisition, PE and VC), Logical Reasoning, Typing (Passage in given time)
2. Candidate Information Session (JD, Perks, Teams will be told)
3. 2 interview rounds (mostly behavioural questions will be asked to grill you, staying calm, being confident, relating the answer with similar situation faced IRL and answering with a smile is key)

The process involve 3 rounds after My resume has been shortlisted. The selection process includes an aptitude test, followed by two interview rounds — the first focusing on behavioral assessment and the second on technical evaluation.

Firstly there is an simple assessment exam after which there is a session for shortlisted individuals then it is followed by two rounds of interviews where you wait in a zoom call with other candidates and then if you are shortlist you for next one
