A 15-min interview with the hiring manger, followed by another 15-min with the HR lead. A week later, called for panel interview where 3 different people will interview, 30-mins each. The hiring manager, the HR lead, and 2 out of the 3 people who interviewed me were respectful. One was a senior product manager who was absolutely impolite and discourteous. That person's interview style was abrasive. No matter how much Morningstar pitched their benefits and current industry ranking, I would NOT join a team if they have a person as such in the team. That person is toxic at best, and I would not trade my skills in return for a low-paying wage and a lowly, rude coworker. No wonder the other people in the panel asked me, how would you manage a difficult colleague? My question is, why is Morningstar keeping one?
