Morningstar Program Manager interview questions

My resume was passed along to the hiring manager as a referral from someone I know who works there, so I bypassed any potential screening round by a recruiter. I started with a 30-min. Zoom conversation with the hiring manager followed by a 30-min. panel interview with the hiring manager and a team member, followed by a 30-min. interview with the skip-level manager. The hiring manager was very leisurely in moving through the process/slow to respond and it took 1.5 weeks to know if I was moving on between the second and final rounds. Now, I've been ghosted after the final interview so am assuming they selected someone else.
