The interview process is fairly diligent. Interviewed with several individuals from HR, several from the various analyst teams and several from upper management (to include the C-suite).
The interviews are not structured outside of the initial "resume-walk".
You will be questioned on industry specific insights, the current market environment, how you invest and why... etc. That said, the level of technicality of the questions will be dependent on the interviewer.
Overall, the interview process is not a pressure cooker.
