I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans
Interview
Took about 2 months to get hired. Lots of meetings are pre-interviews. Maybe 3 or 4 before a yes. They had 1 on 1 and group interviews. They seem to be focused on Call Center experience... which it makes very little difference. The position calls for patience and excellent customer service.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (Studio City, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very long, took about 3 hour process. They need to shorten the process. They have you take three test, including a math test. If they like you, they offer the job on the spot. Once offered, you have to take a drug test.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (Studio City, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied on indeed - and about a week later I got a call from HR. We scheduled my interview, but I got sick and had to reschedule. I came in and had interviews, took some tests and a few days later, I was told I got the job, but they needed to do a background check. All went well.

Question 1
They asked about my previous jobs, how did I handle customer service situations. Between HR and the managers, I thought it went well and smooth. It ended being a friendly conversation
