A recruiter noticed my application and gave me a call to find out my interests. She then connected me to another recruiter who sent my applications to the positions that I was interested in. Shortly after, received a call from the attending and had a short conversation, then was scheduled for a round of interviews with a current PA and two attendings. Was all done over zoom due to covid 19. Each staff had a 30 min time slot to talk to me. Very casual conversations, very friendly people! Then was asked for 2-3 references. The references were called the next day and job was offered the day after. Very quick process and very receptive to new grads!
