I had two screening phone calls before coming in for an in person interview. The interview was fairly standard and they had me pass a language test as well as answer some bioethics questions. My interviewer was kind and we had a great conversation. The only thing that threw me off was that it was incredibly hot in the office and I was sweating profusely. My interviewer was also sweaty but was apparently un-phased by the heated office.
