I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare (Guntersville, AL) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interviewer was kind, but the hiring process was ridiculous confusing. Less than 24 hours after my salary negotiation and offering me the position they called to say they would be changing direction with the position. In other words, I no longer had a job! Glad I didn't put in my notice at my current employer!

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare (Gadsden, AL) in Mar 2014
Interview
The position lacked a job description and the interviewers became combative when requested to provide one. Both were abrupt and impatient when attempting to negotiate salary or other experience that require clarity. They wanted assurance that I was serious about the position before processing the background records check. They referred to job seeking applicants as being "idiots" and "know it alls." Both have a "let's get on with it" attitude about filling positions and act unprofessional.
