Got reached out by a recruiter and got arranged an interview which made everything seem quite positive. Got given a task to do a swot analysis on a store and online website as well. Prepared hard, had a thorough presentation in the interview and got told I covered everything. They didn't ask me many questions, interview went quite smoothly and felt easy. Chased the recruiter about 4 times after in a month, first 3 times got told things are moving slowly so I should just bare with. Didn't receive an answer at all, got ghosted. Really isn't that hard to tell people if it's good or bad news. Shockingly disappointing people and service. Glad I didn't get the job. Found another job with a different company with excellent communication and accepted their offer instead. I'd never apply to mountain warehouse again in the future.

Great interview process. General questions with talent team and then an interview with merch team consisting of scenario questions and then a swot analysis. Team are great to interview with and allowed the time for additional questions at end.
