I'm extremely impressed with the engagement and how the interview cycle was conducted at pace. With timely communication I wasn't left waiting to hear back in uncertainty. I spoke with 3 people during the process, each providing clear description of what the organisations' vision and goals are, and how I would fit in - what stood out was the shared understanding across everyone I spoke with of what Mudano stands for, and what values Mudano brings to the industry and what they expect from their employees. As a returnee to Mudano, I was fortunate to have undergone a slightly accelerated process, however still had a two step process with a Capability Lead and the CEO; the first interview was to demonstrate the skills, experiences/knowledge and behaviors to determine suitability for the role I had applied for, and the second was to demonstrate how I would add value to the organisations' vision and determine a culture fit. Both sessions left me excited about being a part of Mudano.
