There are 3 phases, a technical exam, HR interview, and a technical interview. At the current time of writing this, I'm at the technical interview phase, but even if I do get an offer, my view of this process won't change. On every single step, without fail, they would always be multiple months late on any decision they make. When I 1st applied, I was told that if I don't receive a decision by 3 weeks time, then they'd have forgotten about me. I then received an invite to the technical exam 4 months later. That is insane. I'd already convinced myself that I was rejected. Nevertheless, I passed and went on to the HR phase, and heard the same thing, but this time, they claimed that they would reply regardless of whether or not I move on to the next stage, with the usual "3 week" promise.
It's been 2 months, and I was given less than a week's notice for the technical interview. Mind you, they're well aware of my current schedule in university, and we're close to the end of the semester, so I'm in no way shape or form prepared for the most difficult phase of the process in the slightest

Question 1
In the HR phase, you get asked general questions regarding you as a person, some of your projects, your knowledge of the company, and situational questions about what you would do in certain awkward scenarios involving other fellow developers in a group project.
the HR stage , you will just talk about yourself and there will be a bit of behavioural questions like “tell me about a time …” , but I personally didn’t have good answers and passed that anyway, for you I would advise to be prepared better . Then when you successfully passed the HR stage you should expect the last technical on-site interview, I consider that very easy if you’re confident in Java, expect some simple theory questions and then one design problem (OOP) where you will need to implement some class
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Murex (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2021
Interview
Smooth and nice, with a variety of cool questions. Didn’t find it too difficult. Overall good experience, would recommend it if you want to be a SWE intern in Dublin
