Went through four stages: 1. Written application 2. One-way interview via SparkHire 3. Zoom interview 4. In-person interview with task & presentation Went through all stages, came second best, did not get an offer. Asked for feedback, which only said positive things. Was told that my salary expectations were higher than they were willing to pay, even though it was still in their advertised range.
