What is my background in conducting research and what are some lab skillsets do I have?
Very comprehensive and inclusive. People were able to balance technical questions about my previous work with broader questions about what motivates me and my career interests. It did not feel difficult at all.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIH (Washington, DC) in Apr 2019

not too hard, asked about experiences, talked with lab members, had a couples problems they wanted to run through with me, very nice and got back as soon as possible.
