Interview
I found the interview process to be quite disappointing and overly generalized. It seemed that the focus was more on specific technologies (XYZ) rather than on evaluating candidates as well-rounded engineers and team players. Unfortunately, it appeared that the engineering management and tech leadership lacked a contemporary understanding of modern processes and engineering culture.
I would advise potential candidates to consider their options carefully; there are many other companies that genuinely value talent and experience.
