Interview
You have a face to face interview with either a manager or supervisor and a field training officer, they also walk you through a NREMT based scenario, and a multiple choice general protocol quiz
They mostly ask about your work ethic to determine whether or not you'd be a good fit for the company. They will ask you a couple of EMT questions, so make sure you are prepared to answer.

The interview process was standard. There was a phone screen to check availability and location preferences, and then an in person interview. There were 2 people in the interview. Basic questions, as well as an NREMT scenario.
