The Qualification for this position is CA/CMA, I have attended interview on 11 July, only 5 people(CAs and CMAs) attended for interview but it took whole day to complete 2 rounds of interview. In the first round they conducted the exam on basic Journal entries and asked to present P&L and Balance sheet, second round is as the technical people not available on that time they took HR interview. at the end they told us Technical interview will be scheduled within 2 days But finally what happen is miserable i didn't get any call even after 2 days, finally i called them and asked when they are going to take Technical interview, they simply answered that you are NOT QUALIFIED in Written Test. I thought this happen to me only but EVERY ONE got same reply from them. > The person who valuated the paper doesn't have any knowledge on accounting because as i told every one who attended for written test are CA/CMAs so you can't expect wrong journal entries from them > I am getting a doubt over managerial persons knowledge > Their work ethics are very poor. > we have waited nearly 5 hours for HR interview after written exam but they have not spend at least 5 min to communicate to with us. > I think they don't have any vacancy but called for interview to do time pass, this shows company honesty > The Technical person has disrespectful to job aspirants by not taking the interview when it is already scheduled.
