Simple process. The I nterview was coordinated with the HR team based in Cleveland. I later met with the hiring manager for a few hours and discuss the future state of the program. I also met with other managers in the organization.

Interview
Very poor experience. Confirmed with recruiter via email time/date of interview. On the day of the interview, recruiter was 45 minutes late to our meeting and said that she lost track of time. I was then told I was not being considered for the position I applied for but instead a lower level management position. Complete waste of time and seems to be deceptive in their hiring practice.
