1 day interview, 80 minutes of continues questions, but it was conversational and educative. Asked about previous experiences, specific electrical scenarios for protection and control of assets including transformers, switchgears, substations etc.

How do you isolate a 400kv HV transformer without getting in contact with it.
I applied online to a job board posting and received an email from the hiring manager within the month. We scheduled an interview for late December when I would be home from school. The manager said I would probably hear back mid to late Jan. depending on when interviews would be done. I sent a thank you note after and received an offer in very early Feb.

I applied online. I was called after 2 months to interview in their North borough office. The interview was conversational and they wanted to learn more about my experiences, projects and future career plans. They told me they will get back by the end of Feb. so I'm still waiting for their feedback.
