I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at National Grid
Interview
There were 2 stages; first a phone interview then via phone interview you were to take a test later on that included verbal and mathematical. Thus after the phone interview, if you passed both, you were then asked to fly to corporate to do the final stages of interviewing which included in person interviews with 2 senior members more on personality and safety then a group interview with other candidates to see how well you worked as a team.
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
