I applied online. I interviewed at National Grid (Birmingham, England)
Interview
The interview process typically consisted of several stages, starting with a HireVue round, followed by a full-day interview involving case studies and a group project scenario.
HireVue Round: This initial round likely involved pre-recorded video interviews where candidates answered questions presented on the screen. This stage often focuses on getting to know the candidate better, assessing communication skills, and understanding their motivations for the role.
Full-Day Interview: The full-day interview was likely a more comprehensive assessment. It may have included:
Case Studies: Candidates were probably presented with real or hypothetical business scenarios and asked to analyze the situation, identify key issues, and propose solutions. This tests problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge to practical situations.
Group Project Scenario: This part of the interview may have involved working with other candidates to solve a problem or complete a task. This assesses teamwork, leadership, communication, and how well candidates collaborate with others.

Interview
Job description changed twice – unbelievably long process. Management seem inept and clearly lack any understanding of talent, strategy and commercial understanding. Do not bother applying here, it's a complete waste of time from start to finish. Nepotism is rife!
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
applied for a graduate project manager role and the process was fare. I think a good interview process for a graduate role is being done by National Grid, they were professional.
