Interview
roughly 30 mins long phone interview where they test you against there competencies, really research the challenges in the industry, in general, and how that affects national grid and what they can do to deal with these changes, I was asked four questions on industry awareness and only one on communication and only one on problem-solving and decision making. but other than that the interviewer was very nice and made me relaxed. so relax and good luck. Still waiting to see if I got through to the next stage.
