They definitely try to get information out of you. Could be successful but it seems like many aren’t in the role. Personality test was interesting though. They do a good job marketing the opportunity.

Interview
Had a quick 15-20 minute phone interview with an HR representative then was brought in for two separate 30 minute interviews. The interview was casual and relaxed, there was a comfortable friendly environment.
